Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
    • Please contact us via email at support@scottishoutfits.com, WhatsApp, or through our website’s contact form to notify us of your request.
  2. Condition of Item:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
    • All original tags, packaging, the return form, and the invoice must accompany the returned product.
  3. Shipping Responsibility:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items using a courier service of their choice.
    • ScottishOutfits.com is not responsible for damages caused during return shipping or handling.
  4. Inspection:
    • Returned items will be inspected before processing any refund or exchange.
    • Refunds and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process after receipt of the item.
  5. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Orders

Timeline for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear in your account after processing.

  • To return a product, carefully pack the unused, unworn, and unwashed item in its original packaging, including all tags and invoices.
