- Condition of Item:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
- All original tags, packaging, the return form, and the invoice must accompany the returned product.
- Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items using a courier service of their choice.
- ScottishOutfits.com is not responsible for damages caused during return shipping or handling.
- Inspection:
- Returned items will be inspected before processing any refund or exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process after receipt of the item.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
