Clan Forbes Tartan Kilt

Forbes is one of the old names of the Scottish northeast, and the tartan is a deep, cool green that suits it. Any Forbes will recognise the pattern: green and navy with a clean white line running through.

The sett is built on green and dark blue over black, close in feel to the Black Watch, but lifted by a single fine white overcheck that gives it its own clear identity. It reads as a rich, dark green from across a room.
